Tuition
Our company is happy to provide lessons in the use of computers and various software packages, such as Microsoft Word. As opposed to studying in a group, on a unfamiliar computer, we can teach you on a one-to-one basis and using your own computer. This allows to you use the knowledge you have gained without having to try and interpret it for your computer.

These lessons cover can either be part of a structured program or more in the style of a 'Question and Answer' session. We can teach you the skills to make the computer work for you, as opposed to you working for the computer. Some of the topics we cover are shown below. Web Browsing

Teach you how to surf the web and remain safe from viruses. This can include the basics of using internet shops (e.g. eBay, Tesco, etc) and watching the latest film trailers.
E-mails

From setting up your e-mail account to sending that photo to your relatives around the world, you will be shown step-by-step how to do it.
Scanning Documents and Photos

Using a scanner to make photocopies or to let you e-mail a photo has never been easier, let us teach you how.
Use of Peripherals

This would include the connection of digital cameras, printers, headsets, etc. For example, we will show you how to copy your holiday snaps from your digital camera to your computer.
Using Communication tools

This would include how to use programs such as Skype, MSN Messenger, etc. We will guide you through topics such as making your first Skype call, sharing files with your friends and using a webcam.

Unfortunately, we cannot grant formal certifications or qualifications but the knowledge gained would serve as an excellent starting point or compliment a formal study course.
